I also know a few people who have gone to Office365 and think it is great,
but there are some things that could happen.

For instance what happens to all of your data if you decide to cancel?

What happens if Microsoft decide they're going to upgrade the software but
you have some third-party add-on that won't work with the newer version?

These are just pulled out of my head at random, and while I can see the
benefit that particularly SMEs get from these cloud services, there will
always be something that can crop up unexpectedly and cause an issue.
Unless of course MS have answers and policies for all of these things
provided in advance.
