We ordered one several weeks ago to replace a T530. Was impressed with the how small and light it was. The one we ordered had an i5 with 4gb of RAM inside. If I was going to get one personally, I'd get the i7 proc and 8GB of RAM.
If you're planning to place it on a network via Ethernet, you'll need to purchase the USB docking station.
