Anyone thinking about that, I just got the Pluggable UD3000 for my new Lenovo
after doing a bunch of online research, so far I'm very happy with it. It gets
higher reviews across the board than the alternatives

It was my first foray into the realm of USB docks after years of having real
ones. I actually kept using an old T42 at home until very recently because I
didn't want to go through the KVM/Docking station pain..

We ordered one several weeks ago to replace a T530. Was impressed with the how
small and light it was. The one we ordered had an i5 with 4gb of RAM inside.
If I was going to get one personally, I'd get the i7 proc and 8GB of RAM.

If you're planning to place it on a network via Ethernet, you'll need to
purchase the USB docking station.

Regards,

Cameron

Anyone have an ThinkPad X1 Carbon? How do you like it? I need to get a new
laptop and I think that may be the winner.
