No, Schnucks got compromised in December. Their customers got hit - big time!
Schnucks knew about it at least by early March, but they waited until well into April to issue a press release. During this period, the Customer Service desk at a local store denied any knowledge of the situation. In the mean time, in our company of about a hundred, at least a dozen coworkers found charges of around $1000 on their accounts. A local (large!) credit union cancelled all the ATM/debit cards they had issued and issued new ones to their entire clientele.
