We're at SP1, possibly later. The PV 124T is adequate for what it is, but slow. Other than that it's been reliable.
The Quantum is too new to have an opinion about just yet. I liked our ancient Spectralogic Treefrog - it had two AIT2 drive and held 25 carts. Ditto the Spectralogic T50 - it had two LTO3 drives and held 25 carts.
