I've been in the NGO sector for over a decade- any box that doesn't not have
redundant PS, ALWAYS is purchased with a spare- and the ones that go into our
field offices (africa - latin america) not only get spare PS, but also spare
fans spare drive and spare controller- our field offices only get 1u 1/2 depth
servers.

But the cost of shipping one (DHL) is more expensive than the part itself.
