Probably will run your power bill way up and be noisy I would guess. I have a couple Dell Precision engineering workstations under my desk. They're very quiet and have the memory/cpu capacity. I add four or six SATA spindles RAID10 and that delivers the IOPS for the VMs. Reasonably inexpensive too in the grand scheme of things.
