I've never used meraki enterprise wifi devices, but i do deal a lot with Aerohive devices, i was curious if you have any feedback on them. I find the annual fee quite for cloud access quite insignificant when comparing the benefits I gain- and they do continue to function even if you decide to stop the annual mtc. My usage probably differs from most , as I use them primarily for venues, so a client can call me at any given moment and say we have an event tomorrow , expecting about 200 users please set the SSID to blabla and password to blablabla and the fact that they are controller-less just makes it that much more appealing

ASB was kind enough to review my thoughts and I have included his comments and my responses. I just wish the Meraki did not have a continuing licensing fee on their devices as I think they are bringing important extensions to the Wireless Router market. From their marketing person the device will stop working when the license expires. Be that as it may attached is my review. I would like to hear back on any other reviews. Thank you Andrew Baker and Greg Sweers for your comments and assistance.
