Wouldn't NT backup be option in conjunction with a robocopy running during the day once the initial backup/restore job finishes?

Need to a way to speed this up. These are all laptops which the user almost always takes home. Is there a product that will seed a drive over the lan during the day, then do one last incremental/verify to the cloned drive when I'm ready for the final switch? Then I can do most of the cloning during the day and limit user down time. (And my time). -Sam
