Have you tried to print directly to the printer from the server via IP? In other words, have you done Add Printer and told Windows that you want to setup to a direct connection printer, but setup a TCP/IP Port and entered the IP Address of the network printer? If that all works then you may have a problem in the way you setup the print server. See if you can print directly, first, then go from there.
