We use it and love it. Client health is much better. We also like their Launchpad and Software Deployment Portal. One of my favorite parts is the ease of creating queries without an SQL knowledge. We have about 13,000 devices registered and run on a single core server with a separate SQL box holding the db. Also, look at their Management Gateway. GREAT tool.
