Honestly, for PC laptops I tend to buy a 2 to 3-year-old off-lease business model for cheap and then just swap them every year to two. I max their RAM and swap SATA HDDs for SSDs and have been pretty pleased. I would look for a Latitude 6410 or 6420 with the Quadro card, or 6510/6520 if you want a larger screen.
