Is there a process running inside Session 0 or such like? (Go to the processes tab and sort by Session ID)
Definitely sounds like the IMA datastore thinks there's a session that doesn't exist any more. Recreating LHC sometimes cracks it...don't know whether bouncing any of the other services (like Citrix XML or Citrix WMI) might kick it into life I'd put the server on full load and bounce it, personally. Sent from my (new!) BlackBerry, which may make me an antiques dealer, but it's reliable as hell for email delivery :-) -----Original Message----- From: Damien Solodow <[email protected]> Sender: [email protected]: Mon, 4 Nov 2013 14:57:12 To: [email protected]<[email protected]> Reply-to: [email protected] Subject: [NTSysADM] Citrix session in limbo This is a fun one. XenApp 6.5, HRP02. I have a user who isn't able to launch a specific app in the farm as it says she already has an existing session of the app. The Delivery Services Console doesn't show the session, but Get-XASession does. When I log into the server that Get-XASession says she's logged into, Task Manager doesn't show a login, session or any processes from said user. The other odd tidbit is that Get-XASession shows the Protocol as 'Console'. I've restarted the IMA Service on this box as well as recreated the lhc on that server but the session still shows. Any ideas on how to get rid of it short of bouncing the affected server?
