That is the correct article. :)
I do have the listed hotfixes (or ones that supersede them) installed.

I did screw up the initial post; the servers in question are XenApp 6.0 and 
HRP02.

I ended up being able to restart the servers to solve the issue.
Fortunately we'll be able to move them to XenApp 6.5 in the next month or so.

Do you have all the recommended ms hotfixes installed that are listed in 
ctx129229?  Or at least i think that is the article id for citrix recommended 
hotfixes for xenapp 6 and above.

I have a user who isn't able to launch a specific app in the farm as it says 
she already has an existing session of the app.
The Delivery Services Console doesn't show the session, but Get-XASession does. 
When I log into the server that Get-XASession says she's logged into, Task 
Manager doesn't show a login, session or any processes from said user.

The other odd tidbit is that Get-XASession shows the Protocol as 'Console'.
I've restarted the IMA Service on this box as well as recreated the lhc on that 
server but the session still shows.
Any ideas on how to get rid of it short of bouncing the affected server?
