Oh, that’s definitely something to look at—the ScreenOS ALG for SIP traffic is really really bad at actually, you know, making your SIP calls work.

We have about 5 IP phones and maybe 8 – 10 PC at that facility. Users complain that they get disconnected using their IP phones occasionally for 4 – 5 sec and then the connection is back.
