Not using SIP, using a Nortel BCM 450, no sure what: Juniper Netscreens so I'm not using it.

We have about 5 IP phones and maybe 8 - 10 PC at that facility. Users complain that they get disconnected using their IP phones occasionally for 4 - 5 sec and then the connection is back. I'm using an HP 2520-24G PoE switch. Using fping I hard lose any packets like 20 in 3500 pings spread out. I'm at a loss, what else should I look for? __________________________________ Stefan Jafs
