So it turns out after speaking with the sysadmin who set this CRM system up 
(remember we haven't gone live with it yet)  that he made a bunch of mistakes, 
changes and other such issues. He said rather than try to fix it knowing all 
the issues just to rebuild it. So that is what we are going to do. Ideally this 
time around he knows more of what he missed the first time.
 
So I thank you for your help with this. I learned a lot as far as ADFS is 
concerned and will make sure on this new install that we best practices in mind.
