Another vote for Teamviewer. I purchased it some time ago and have been happy with it. Setting up a custom client is incredibly easy.
Pricing is good and they have Windows 8 and Windows phone 8 apps. Logmein still doesn’t. James. Recommendations? I can’t emphasize enough about the quality of Teamviewer. It’s part of GFI, run out of Germany. Superb product, does not need a hole punched in the firewall to work.
