Yes that's correct.  If you are applying the GP to Windows XP then all folders 
follow the documents folder, you can't specify a different location for each.

Each shell folder needs to be explicitly set for redirection.  It is possible 
though to set Pictures, Music and Videos to follow the Documents folder (this 
happens automatically if you choose the "XP/2003" option as I recall).

I noticed in the GPO MMC on 2012r2 , the  Folder redirection has the option to 
redirect
"Documents" if I choose to redirect it, does that automatically include the 
default folders Pictures,  music, downloads, etc...

Or is it also required to redirect them each individually?
