If it helps anyone, this is a bit of script I made and use to delete all
but the most-recent shadow copy on a system:
1. VSSADMIN List Shadows|FIND /I "Shadow Copy ID">%TEMP%\SHADOW_LIST.txt
2. FOR /F "tokens=2 delims={}" %%I IN (%TEMP%\SHADOW_LIST.txt) DO SET
LAST_SHADOW=%%I
3. FOR /F "tokens=2 delims={}" %%I IN (%TEMP%\SHADOW_LIST.txt) DO IF
"%%I" NEQ "%LAST_SHADOW%" VSSADMIN Delete Shadows /Shadow={%%I} /Quiet
