I'd like to color code, or highlight, files for organization's sake. MacOS has had this built-in for, like, ever. There are programs such as Rainbow Folders et al that highlight _folders_, but not files. I need to highlight primarily files.
There was a program named Xentient Labels, but has not been updated since 2006. The domain also is not accessible.
