You can also add Tag meta-data to any file, and then group and/or sort etc. 
your files by tags. Tags is also an optional column that can be added in 
Explorer.

My recommendation is to find another way to organize your files.  With either 
with a file naming or directory hierarchy.  Heaven help you if you have 
colorblind employees.
