I just upgraded my daughters 8.1 home to 8.1 pro by changing the key. This was
on an Dell OEM Inspirion laptop purchased from WalMart. Bitlockered the C:\ by
using the USB flash drive key method. No software was installed other than the
Store 8 to 8.1 change.
