  Well, unsolicited (offered) Remote Assistance will keep the local
display active.  And it's free and built-in.  That's 2/3rds of what
you want.

  You just need a way to auto-accept Remote Assistance and control.
That I haven't done.  If I had to do it myself, I'd look first at
keeping an AutoIt script running all the time, to click the
appropriate controls when they appear.  Google shows some other
possibilities.
