Hi all,
I've just come across the 3rd bcd boot error in the last 3 weeks, all at
different sites running Vista, 7 32 bit and 64
I must say its getting frustrating, I have tried all the proposed fixes and
none have worked ultimately resulting in re-installing the OS.
Just today I tried for about 2 hrs, errors ranging from "
Error: The boot configuration data store could not be opened" to "cannot find
the file specified"
I do see TONS of results when i search bcd errors on the net and am wondering
if there are any utilities (free or paid) to deal with this non-sense- I dont
recall having this many issues with XP and boot.ini
