Yep - when we upgraded to Cisco Call Manager V.10 it made upgrade the Java, which broke my ability to use other apps here at work. So now I have 2 workstations in order to do my job. For other users I'm using Citrix published apps and desktops to get around the problem.
What was really sad is that right after I upgraded the Java for Call Manager I couldn't get into the Cisco customer portal. That lasted for a couple of days until they changed it on their website.
