Windows certainly doesn’t run on any mainframes. Nor does it run on Power-series anymore.
And there’s plenty of embedded devices, network equipment, environmental control equipment, real-time equipment etc. that Windows doesn’t run on. Windows certainly does have a wide footprint, but all the various *nixes and derivatives have a far wider footprint. Whether you can aggregate these all together into a single family is up for debate I guess.
