Part of the problem is not that the owner doesn't understand technology. He understands technology enough to think that what he reads somewhere is always a good idea or how it should be done. Well, maybe he doesn't understand technology.
He ignored my previous suggestions on improving his email situation and the ability to collaborate with employees by going with a GoDaddy POP account for everyone. Which is also why that choice is impacting him here again. Now that I have finished with that other issue I asked about, rebuilding SBS2011 server, I can go over this some more. Ben, thanks for the new words. I had to look them up. Nice to know what they mean but will never use them in any conversation I'll have in the next 30 years or so I figure. He seems to think this is a good idea.", which was in regards to a different but equally impractical idea.
