So we installed an new Cisco phone system running version 10 a few months ago, we installed the Jabber client on our Smart Phones, it seemed to work during initial testing, however after some time I started getting reports that people could not hear them if they answered the call with the Jabber client on their phone. After much research I found out that if they are on Wi-Fi it does not work, turning off Wi-Fi fixes it.
So what do I look for that could cause this, probably a setting in our Wi-Fi controller (HP MSM765), or what else to look for? Thanks __________________________________ Stefan Jafs
