We initially had it forced to go outside only but to be able to use the Jabber
client we change the rules, we probably missed something, I'm asking my Network
guy to check the routing in the SonicWall, it's probably there where something
is wrong.

Is the WiFi going internally or out to the Internet?

Subject: [NTSysADM] Smart phones and Cisco Jabber problems

So we installed an new Cisco phone system running version 10 a few months ago,
we installed the Jabber client on our Smart Phones, it seemed to work during
initial testing, however after some time I started getting reports that people
could not hear them if they answered the call with the Jabber client on their
phone. After much research I found out that if they are on Wi-Fi it does not
work, turning off Wi-Fi fixes it.

So what do I look for that could cause this, probably a setting in our Wi-Fi
controller (HP MSM765), or what else to look for?

Thanks
