Their legal team will drop a hammer on you and win. When you accepted the EULA from Microsoft you agreed to do this if they ask. Cooperation is the best course of action, unless you are blatantly stealing from them they won’t hammer you they will just make you get into compliance. There are outside companies you can hire to help with this that are MS approved.
