It is perhaps true that they have "wrapped" built-in, or Microsoft provided, capabilities into a somewhat-easier-to-use package. However, I do not see anything that they have done which is not available as a part of XP-Mode on Win7 or included as a part of USMT included in MDT.
I do not minimize easier-to-use. But if you are doing large-scale migrations, their package seems to require more touches than MDT, based only on what I see on the website.
