Whether I’m on Window 8.1 or Windows 7 with IE 11, I get a much different list than you and it includes the setting regardless of which machine I’m on:
You could check the “All Settings” node, but I’m guessing it won’t be there. We do not have the ADMX files copied to our domain sysvol. Do you?
