Anyone have any idea how you would Enable (not Install, it's already installed) 
a Chrome extension via a GPO or Registry? I can't seem to find anything on the 
Interwebs that helps out here....

 

Just installing it is no good - we can't rely on the users to actually enable 
the damn thing, so it needs to be enforced somehow.
