Hope you aren’t a Dell shop.  If you are, Chrome may give you fits on their 
website.  I just spent the better part of 2 days on a problem that turned out 
to be their support knowledge base pages not liking Chrome.  Anything else 
worked just fine. ☹
Lots of “sorry this feature is not available at this time, try again later” 
type messages.

Anyone have any idea how you would Enable (not Install, it's already installed) 
a Chrome extension via a GPO or Registry? I can't seem to find anything on the 
Interwebs that helps out here....

Just installing it is no good - we can't rely on the users to actually enable 
the damn thing, so it needs to be enforced somehow.
