Depends on the infrastructure. The switch must support it, and likely the voip phone will have two jacks. The phone will probably tag its packets, and the computer will not.
Cisco switches (some of them anyway) support this, and so do some Junipers. Don't know about the rest. You'll want to search for "voice vlan" and your brands of phone and switch to figure this out.
