Yea.  My guess so far is that its not actually getting the contact info
from iCloud (which has all the info as you claim), but is instead showing
info from another sync'd (and not updated) source.  I usually find these
kinds of issues with Mac users who are trying to cross-sync multiple
accounts/services, but I think this scenario would also be applicable on a
PC.

>From my own experiences for when it comes to things like this, dont make
any assumptions on what the user is telling you.  Verify their account/sync
settings, what is the default account, etc.   Look at the actual data in
those contacts for each service, and verify/show the user what is
happening.
