RMA approved, at least now they're getting the v5 as opposed to v1

Have you triest 30 30 30 reset?

Hold reset 30 seconde and keep holding it. Un plug it from power wait 30
seconds power it up still holding the reset button for another 30 seconds.

Hi all,

Have/had a netgear prosafe gs748t (yes i know its old) after setting up 4 ports
in lacp, i lost connectivity to it,
(no ping response, just simply not showing on the network, tried netscan and
thedude but no luck)
So I went to factory reset , after factory reset, ports 1-24 no longer light up
at all. 25 -48 do light up but when I connect anything to it, it simply doesnt
work. I tried dhcp router > switch > laptop, the laptop will not even get DHCP
from the router , if I bypass the switch and plug the laptop to the router then
I get DHCP as expected.
So not only is the management function shot, but so is the routing/switching
capability.

I know by many accounts these are not the greatest switches, but for the price
I gues thats what makes them attractive, the other surprising thing I found was
that there is no console port (i guess that why they are inexpensive?) I'm
wondering if anyone has come across this?

If anyone has any thoughts/suggestions it would be greatly appreciated
