Hold reset 30 seconde and keep holding it. Un plug it from power wait 30 seconds power it up still holding the reset button for another 30 seconds. I tried dhcp router > switch > laptop, the laptop will not even get DHCP from the router , if I bypass the switch and plug the laptop to the router then I get DHCP as expected. So not only is the management function shot, but so is the routing/switching capability. I know by many accounts these are not the greatest switches, but for the price I gues thats what makes them attractive, the other surprising thing I found was that there is no console port (i guess that why they are inexpensive?) I'm wondering if anyone has come across this? If anyone has any thoughts/suggestions it would be greatly appreciated
