BUT ... these are updates that have not been approved for this server (they are October updates, and this server is in the group that only has September updates applied). It's is not in the group of servers that are testing the October updates for stability with our specific mix of applications. So I guess it is correct, when it thinks it doesn't need any of (approved) updates ... That just seems odd to me ...
