Unfortunately she did already try that. From talking, it was working just prior to the updates in November, although to be fair, we were a few months behind with workstations, so it could have been any number of them in between from Sep to Nov.
I also found a dll (adprop.dll) that I tried re-registering, but that hasn’t helped either—I went to c:\windows\system32 and added the field to the explorer view for “File description”—If anyone sees any others that are promising, please point them out. I’m finding a lot of hits online about which dll to reregister if missing the RDS/TS related tabs, but that’s not what is missing here, its: General, Address, Account, Profile, Telephones, Organization, Published Certificates, Member Of, Password Replication, and Dial-in. Here’s what it looks like from her machine: Has anyone seen this and might know which dll or dlls to reregister? She’s already tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the RSAT and I’ve verified it works fine on another Win10 machine with identical permissions.
