We use and sell Sonicwall. Have used it for a long time. Services are typically 1/3 the cost of hardware per year. For the cost it does its job and support is helpful most of the time. If you want understandable reporting you need to have GMS. We run a barracuda spam filter but not a firewall.
We run HA firewalls and just replaced them with newer models after 5 years. Really no issues in those 5 years. We use it for all the security services, routing behind our core routers, and egress geo ip filtering. We do use bandwidth management for a couple of services like Windows updates.
