My steps: Create logical disk. Disable smart boot Boot to USB either legacy or uefi depending on apps on server. (Mostly just uefi anymore.) Build server from latest iso from ms licensing site. Add bios admin password Change boot order to HD, CD, USB, NIC. Deliver server to department or unit needing it. Has worked on last 5 servers that have come with the smart boot.

It recognised the disks, no problem. I didn't disable smart boot. Will it work work after I disable smart boot and use a normal UEFI bootable USB ?
