Need Advice Please!

Should I be concerned about the numerous events I am getting from my DHCP
Servers.  I am getting tons of 1011's and everynow and then will get a 1012.
These servers were just put into place on Thursday, and are running NT 4.0
SP6a, Also what would I need to do in order to ensure that I stop getting
these.  On the DHCP servers that were previously installed I would get an
occasional 1011 and 1012.  Please advise.
