The 1011 error means that the server issued a NACK to a client
requesting an IP address.
The 1012 error is the client declining (via DHCPDECLINE) the IP address
returned to it.
1012 is also the JET code for maximum database size exceeded, if that
means anything here.

Should I be concerned about the numerous events I am getting from my
DHCP
Servers. I am getting tons of 1011's and everynow and then will get a
1012.
These servers were just put into place on Thursday, and are running NT
4.0
SP6a, Also what would I need to do in order to ensure that I stop
getting
these. On the DHCP servers that were previously installed I would get
an
occasional 1011 and 1012. Please advise.
Thank You
Chris
