169.254 is the Automatic Private IP addressing (APIPA)new in Win2k.  A
server or pc will take that addressing if it doesnt have a static ip
address or cant get one from dhcp.  Port 138 is NetBios stuff I believe
(LanManger updates, stuff like that) - but others please correct me if I'm
incorrect about port 138....fyi
