Server Automatically Rebooting

Hi all;

I could have sworn that this has been duscussed here before, but I'm
unable to find it in the archives.  I have a Del Poweredge server running
NT4 SP5 that has started to reboot itself every 20 minutes or so.  Does
anyone remember what the fix was?
