Could be a couple things, but check in Properties of My Computer on the
Startup/Shutdown tab and see if the box Automatically Reboot is checked in
the Stop error section. Also, it could be a hardware issue (bad memory).

Hi all;
I could have sworn that this has been duscussed here before, but I'm unable
to find it in the archives. I have a Del Poweredge server running NT4 SP5
that has started to reboot itself every 20 minutes or so. Does anyone
remember what the fix was?
