My guess would be that they have started to shut things down. When
nortpoint went out this was our first sign. We had two stores taht went
down and a big finger pointing match started between Global Crossing and
Nortpoint. Three days later it was announced taht since NortPOint had
filed for bankruptcy they were no longer making support calls.
