Just got back to work..   Haven't tried the public folder option yet. Will do that when able. The rules in Outlook 2K is not working for me. It does work on Outlook Express (Which I have at home obtaining my mail for work.)   Ptl. Here is what I do.  Subscribe a Public Folder to this list.  Name it whatever you want, just subscribe the smtp address to this list.  Set the options on that to receive the mail.  Change the settings on your account to nomail option so that you can still send to the list, but you don't receive any mail in your Inbox.  Add the Public Folder to your Favorites under the Public Folders list.  You can then even synchronize it if you wish.  This way, you also have a wonderful link to archives.  I have it up to a year and a half ago.
