When you run the terminal server client (TSAC), it is like running PC/Anywhere.
Your computer acts as a graphical dumb terminal.  Also, transferring data 
between
your computer and the terminal server computer is a bit problematic.  You 
end up either
firing up an ftp server or IIS Web server on the Terminal Server side, ftp 
the file to an
external site like your ISP and then make a separate connection and 
downloading the
file.
